About Coastal Property Renovations
Family-owned. Locally trusted. Committed to transforming Tampa Bay homes for over 15 years.
Our Story
How a passion for quality construction became Tampa Bay's most trusted renovation company.
Coastal Property Renovations was founded with a simple belief: every homeowner in Tampa Bay deserves a contractor they can trust. What started as a one-person operation more than 15 years ago has grown into a full-service renovation company with a reputation built on honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine care for the communities we serve.
Our owner grew up in the Tampa Bay area, learning the building trades from the ground up. After earning a State of Florida Certified General Contractor license and spending years honing skills on projects of every size, he saw a gap in the local market: homeowners needed a renovation partner who would treat their home with the same respect and attention as their own. That vision became Coastal Property Renovations.
Today, our team has completed hundreds of projects across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding communities. From kitchen and bathroom remodels to hurricane damage restoration and impact window installations, we bring the same dedication to every job. We live and work here because we love the Tampa Bay area, and we are committed to helping our neighbors protect and improve their most important investment — their home.
